Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Cambridge IT Skills Training Center Accredits Jadara University Center for Training and Examination

IRBID - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Cambridge IT Skills Center (AGCA-ITC) accredited Jadara University as an official center for conducting AGCA-ITC training courses and examinations in Arabic and English languages.

The agreement was signed by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) and President of Jadara University, Dr. Saleh Al Oqeili, with the presence of the University’s Chairman of Board of Directors, Dr. Shukri Al Marashdeh, and the University’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees HE Dr. Qasem Abu Ein, along with administrators and faculty members. 

HE Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that TAG-Org seeks to provide the best services, especially in the field of education, by providing high-quality standards to all young people in all parts of the Kingdom and Arab countries adding that  this agreement comes in the context of easing transportation difficulties to and from Amman to various northern regions of the Kingdom – providing the opportunity to easily acquire the IT International Cambridge Diploma Certificate.  

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh indicated that TAG-Org is constantly striving to work in-line with His Majesty King Abdullah's directives, to offer the best services with the highest-level of technology to qualify the young generation to stay up-to-date and skillfully equipped to adapt to the rapid development and progress in the world of Information Technology and telecommunications, which directly reflects on the business world. 

Dr. Abu Ein welcomed Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh by expressing his pride in all those who seek to serve the education of young people, indicating that the role of Science and Technology is what the nation has been waiting for; adding that learning and education provide a source of optimism for paving the way for future success of the nation.

Meanwhile, Dr. Al Marashdeh said that the University seeks to deliver the latest and best of services to students; indicating that the University has progressed over the years and continues to progress day by day through its faculty, staff and services.  

Dr. Al Oqeili assured that Jadara University is constantly working to cooperate with agencies that improve the university’s educational services, reflecting upon the successful evolution of the University throughout the years since its establishment. 
According to the agreement, students will be exempted from computer prerequisite courses. Jadara University is the first among all Jordanian universities to grant students this exemption of six academic credit-hours. 

This diploma qualifies students with IT skills through the programs that teach the best methods for building and developing Human Resources capabilities and enhancing Information Technology skills that exceed the standard professional level. 

TAG-Org holds the exclusive right in all Arab countries to grant the IT International Cambridge Diploma in Arabic through an official signed agreement with Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) -University of Cambridge − which is part of Britain’s University of Cambridge.  

The exam materials include an introduction to Information Technology, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Cambridge IT Skills Training Center (AGCA-ITC) began work in 2001, with Cambridge University, to provide training courses through electronic communication and additional learning sources. AGCA-ITC is located in all TAG-Org’s offices – of which exceed over 85 offices and 150 representational offices worldwide - with over 1200 accredited sub-centers.

Jadara University 

The idea behind the establishment of Jadara University came in-line with His Majesty King Abdullah Bin Al-Hussein’s vision of modernization and development of Education in the context with the acceleration of Scientific Advancement. Founded in 2004, it began enrolling graduate students in academic year of 2006/2007. The Undergraduate program began in the academic year of 2007/2008, and since then, continuously seeks new methods to excel on the Educational front. Jadara University cares in providing quality and a variety of programs for the Master’s Degree.
