Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy Offers All its Services Digitally

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy (TAG-Academy) for capacity building announced that it has successfully managed, during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, to keep abreast of various developments and overcame challenges by offering its professional training programs and courses without any interruption through ‘TadribOnline’ Platform.  

TAG-Academy Executive Director, Mr. Yousef Al-Rawas, emphasized that although TAG-Academy has already been offering many of its services digitally, it developed and digitalized all its tools and means to cope with the new global technological advancements referring to the establishment of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital Platform to provide professional online training services. 

Furthermore, TAG-Academy provides comprehensive professional training solutions in more than 20 fields through more than 500 comprehensive training programs. It also provides contractual programs customized to meet the training needs of human resources, designed after completing the evaluation of training needs of each facility. 

Al-Rawas reviewed the digital services offered by TAG-Academy that ensure the continuity in building capacities of staff through providing pre-prepared training courses including accounting, audit, human resources, trademarks and social media & digital marketing. He explained that ‘TadribOnline’ Platform is characterized by various features that enable participants to attend the course from anywhere at any time and receive the certificate online.  

He added that TAG-Academy provides online training courses that are tailored to the client’s needs, offered through live streaming using special programs such as Microsoft Teams and/or Mitel in Arabic and English. He also noted that the trainees are permitted during the courses to directly interact with the trainers. 

Concerning its work mechanism, Al-Rawas stated that TAG-Academy assesses  employees training needss, prepare the training plan that the facility needs, contacts the clients electronically and provide them with the outcomes of the assessment, to be analyzed and carefully studied in order to determine the training needs of the facility in general and each employee in particular. 

He further explained that TAG-Academy, in cooperation with the E-Solutions Department at Talal Abu- Ghazaleh Global, designs online training systems that facilitate access to training courses by employees anytime and anywhere.
