Arab International Society for Management Technology Launches ‘Abu-Ghazaleh Certified Programmer Diploma’

AMMAN - The Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT), chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, launched the TAG Certified Programmer Diploma with the aim of building a creative digital generation of programmers, to become “Future Business Leaders”.

The Diploma is launched in line with the vision and guidance of Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh in order to keep pace with the various developments in the digital sciences and their technologies, as well as to keep up with the leadership of digital Knowledge-based works and activities.

The Diploma, that will be accredited by Jordan’s Ministry of Higher Education and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI), targets university and community college graduates in the disciplines of Computer Science, Software Engineering and Computer Information Systems, in addition to those interested in programming as long as they pass the placement test.

The 300-hour training Program is the first of its kind at the Arab region level that was designed to cover theoretical, academic, and applied professional education. It qualifies participants for a period of 9 months at TAGUCI Business Incubator and it provides them with the latest software programs worldwide to enter the labor market.

It should be noted that the TAG Certified Programmer Diploma’s training plan includes a number of courses such as System Analysis / Systems Lifecycle Management, Database Analysis and Development, Windows forms development using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) / C#, /Introduction to Team Foundation Server, in addition to Web Pages Design (HTML, CSS, and bootstrap), and Web Development using (ASP.NET and C#), JavaScript, Adobe XD, Web Services, Mobile Application Development, Software testing and Quality Control and Management, and Network configuration Principles.
