Royal Holloway Named as One of the World's Most Beautiful Universities LONDON - Royal Holloway, University of London has been listed in the Telegraph amongst the likes of Oxford, Harvard and Sydney Universities as one of the most picturesque universities in the world, according to a press release by University of London.

A stunning picture of the Founder’s Building shows the Victorian red-brick building in all its glory.

Visitors interested in viewing the Grade I listed Founder’s Building can take advantage of Heritage Open Day on Sunday (9 September), when the College will be opening its doors to the public.

Heritage Open Day is an annual event that celebrates England’s architecture and culture by allowing visitors access to interesting properties that are either not usually open to the public, or would normally charge an entrance fee.

Visitors will be able to book Picture Gallery Tours and Campus Tours on the day and will have the rare opportunity to visit the former Holloway Sanatorium (Virginia Park).
