AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), the global organization for professional services and education and the Jordan Education Initiative (JEI), one of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah’s initiatives, have renewed the cooperation agreement to train fresh graduates through “My Chance to Excel” program for the third consecutive year.

 The “My Chance to Excel” program is implemented by JEI in the context of applying the educational initiative model at TAG-Org’s IT departments in order to qualify applicants to the labor market in the fields of IT and Communication. The program will also provide them with the required practical and theoretical expertise, and appointing a number of them with various companies of the organization.

The agreement was signed by Ms. Nermin Nabulsi, CEO of JEI, and Mr. Ala’a Yaseen, Executive Director of the Human Resources Department at TAG-Org.  

Ms. Nabulsi said that the message of TAG-Org comes in parallel with the message of JEI in targeting human resources and focusing on the importance of quality in its preparation and qualification to prepare society for a knowledge-based economy, and any technological and knowledge-based development associated with it.

She expressed her pleasure with this continued cooperation and offered her gratitude to HE Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman of TAG-Org, and the organization’s employees. 

Mr. Yaseen emphasized on the importance of cooperation between Jordanian private sector institutions and Jordanian initiatives that seek to qualify and empower Jordanian youth, adding that the Organization, through this collaboration, aims to serve the Jordanian society in the implementation of the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al-Hussein.

Mr. Yaseen said, "We, at TAG-Org, are proud to receive trainees of JEI, and we will work on qualifying, training and providing them with all the means that will help them find a future job."

He also indicated that this agreement is part of the social responsibility handled by the Organization through its continued efforts to provide all the services needed by various national institutions, and support the education, training and IT sectors, and the knowledge economy with its needs on the Jordanian and region levels in all fields.
