The workshop aimed to stimulate and encourage persons with various disabilities to develop their creative thinking skills and help them overcome their disabilities and the obstacles they face in their daily life including at work.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh affirmed that the disability is not related to individuals, however, it is more about the ability to prepare the appropriate environment for persons with special disabilities to innovate. This has been proven by many success stories and experiences, he said.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh approved the formation of a standing work team at TAGKF to discuss various issues related to these persons with the decision-makers. He called for thinking out of the box in dealing with this category, underlining that suffering is a blessing through which we achieve success.
