TAG ACADEMY Signs Cooperation Agreement with Jadara University for Training, Education and Professional Certification

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Training Group (TAGI-Train) and Jadara University/ Training and Consultancy Center have signed a cooperation agreement in the field of training, education and professional certification.

The agreement was signed by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and the University President Prof. Saleh Oqeili in the presence of the Chairman of Jadara University's Board of Directors, Prof. Shukri Al Marashdeh.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his pride and honor at cooperating with Jadara University for its continuous pursuit to delivering the service of education consistent with the best and highest standards. He stated that universities are among the most prominent institutions serving the homeland and its citizens and contributing in the creation of its future.

"TAG-Org is keen to assist Jadara University through all means of cooperation and to provide the essential expertise and knowledge according to its needs and the requirements of its students, as this agreement is a complementary step of the longstanding cooperation between the two sides," added Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh.

For his part, Prof. Shukri Al Marashdeh, Chairman of Jadara University, expressed his pride and honor at the constant cooperation between Jadara University and TAG-Org. He underscored the fact that: "Jadara University welcomes any ideas that promotes further cooperation and consolidation of relationships with TAG-Org for the significant reputation that TAG-Org enjoys and the great results achieved by its staff in developing skills and capacity building." 

Prof. Saleh Al Oqeili, President of Jadara University, pointed out: "Jadara University is the only university in Jordan with 40% of students  from countries other than Jordan." He pointed out: "The total number of the University's students is 3500 and it serves all the northern governorates of Jordan." 

During the meeting, both parties discussed means for cooperation  in the training of Faculty of Economics students by granting them the certificate of Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, they discussed ways for cooperating in academic accreditation through the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA) chaired by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh with the support of the Honorary Chairman;  the Secretary General of the League of Arab States.
The mandate of the articles contained in the agreement is to cooperate in holding Arabic language courses inside and outside Jordan, and marketing and holding the Diploma courses of CIMA Islamic Finance Certificate.

Consistent with the signed agreement, a Capacity-Building Center will be activated at Jadara University campus to hold IT Skills Diploma, Arabic Fluency Tests, Islamic Finance Tests, ESOL Examinations accredited by the University of Cambridge and any professional courses that are deemed appropriate by the university administration.
