Abu-Ghazaleh Honors MBA Class at TAG-SB

AMMAN - HE Dr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh has acted as patron at the honoring ceremony of the 9th class of 2017 MBA graduates at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Graduate School of Business (TAG-SB).

During the ceremony, held at the headquarters of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (Tag-Org), His Excellency announced that he has launched an association concerned with providing professional guidance to graduates, helping them benefit from the services Tag-Org offers and empowering them to enter the job market fully-prepared.

In his remarks at the event, Abu-Ghazaleh described the graduates as "the sons and daughters of Tag-Org, with its worldwide network reaching today 110 offices and branches".

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh voiced his pride in the achievements the graduates have made during their academic journey, stressing that "the name of Abu-Ghazaleh will remain a fixture in your future careers, and you will always remain in the heart of your father, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, who is proud of each and every one of you".

He went on to emphasize that TAG-SB has succeeded in setting a unique model of education of a high caliber, only matched by world-class universities and educational institutions, a matter that will reflect positively on the outlook of graduates and their chances to get rewarding jobs locally and abroad.

Towards the end of the ceremony, Abu-Ghazaleh presented to the graduates certificates of appreciation from Tag-Org and posed for photos with the students. He also honored the top three achievers in terms of GPA, presenting them plaques and TAGITops, laptops built exclusively for Tag-Org, carrying the group's logo and featuring its applications.

Hani Al-Abdallat, delivered a speech on behalf of the 113 graduates. He expressed the class's appreciation and gratitude for the great opportunity they had to pursue their higher education in business administration from a pioneering college that carries the name of Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, which boasts a significance and values equal to the most prestigious educational institutions in the world.

Abdallat stressed that obtaining an MBA from TAG-SB is in itself a "success story" of partnership between the private and public sectors, following a personal initiative by Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, out of his firm belief in the importance of education and technology in achieving inclusive development and prosperity for peoples.

He added that TAG-SB has equipped graduates with skills and highly professional tools in line with the best practices, explaining that among these is stimulating students to develop useful habits like reading international publications such as "The Economist".

The ceremony was broadcast live on Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Radio for Business and Culture (FM 102.7).
