Abu-Ghazaleh Signs Accreditation Agreement with Al-Jami'a Schools

AMMAN - The Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA), chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, signed agreement with Al-Jami'a Secondary Schools for the provision of academic accreditation by the Organization in the field of quality standards implementation.

The agreement aims at promoting the culture of quality and school accreditation, as well as to exchange expertise for achieving self-development according to academic standards.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh expressed his satisfaction at working with Al-Jami'a Schools affirming that AROQA launched the accreditation of educational institutions in accordance with international standards and devoted all its resources and expertise to disseminating a culture of quality and school accreditation to improve the quality and raise the level of education in Arab countries.

For her part, Headmistress of the Schools Ms. Nawal Haimour highly praised the role of the Organization in improving the level of education, stating that through this initiative the School aims to undertake the latest professional, scientific, practical developments and knowledge required for building competent future generations.
She extended her gratitude to Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh adding that the Schools also seek to develop good governance, leadership, and the implementation of advanced education and teaching methods.

The implementation of quality and academic accreditation standards involves developing the vision and objectives in consistence with the accelerating educational developments in the knowledge era, improving governance and leadership to support efforts in continuous development, applying modern and advanced methods of teaching and education to provide remarkable learning opportunities for the students and equipping them with the knowledge and skills required, activating a comprehensive evaluation system to measure the extent of development and improvement, providing the necessary technical resources for supporting the educational process as well as complying with the continuous development process to guarantee and improve quality.

AROQA is an international non-profit independent association established in 2007 with the fundamental objective of raising quality of education in general with an intense focus on the Arab world.

Al-Jami'a Secondary Schools, established in 1979, aim at creating a new leading, confident, responsible and creative generation and developing innovation among the students to graduate capable and distinguished individuals to be the leaders of change.
