‘Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation’ and Queen’s University Launch “Global Innovation Challenge” Program

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) announced the launch of the “Global Innovation Challenge” program in cooperation with Queen’s University. The project is based on the “Design Thinking” method in solving problems and developing practical creative solutions.

The program includes the formation of a joint ten-student workgroup representing both educational institutions, to be divided into two teams with the aim of enhancing values and spirit of participation through mutual visits between the two universities.

The program will tackle topics about Pioneering Leadership and other fields that require development for achieving high levels of creativity.

Moreover, students will undergo exams to assess their leadership skills and the impact of these skills on their daily life.
At the end of the program, students will be competent in using the ‘Design Thinking’ methodology for finding solutions that will impact the local and global community  and lead to a permanent change in people’s lives.
