Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation Holds ‘Excellence in Customer Service’ Training Course

AMMAN – The Consultancy and Training Center at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) held the Excellence in Customer Service training course for Hisham Al-Qaisi & Sons Company staff. 

The course was held in accordance with the signed agreement between the two parties which aims at capacity building and development of the Company employees through specialized training courses offered by TAGUCI’s Consultancy and Training Center.

The program focused on how to professionally present products and services to customers to acquire competitive priorities and advantages in the labor market and achieve a distinguished level of customer loyalty and satisfaction. 

Meanwhile, participants were introduced to and acquired a set of skills relating to professionally dealing with customers and their inquiries in accordance with high customer service standards, as well as innovative ways to attract new customers, and how to effectively deal with dissatisfied customers and their complaints.

At the end of the program, accredited certificates by TAGUCI and the Ministry of Higher Education were given to participants.  

It is noteworthy to mention that TAGUCI is a University College specialized in business and information technology. It aims at providing the appropriate environment for creativity and innovation through modern learning methods while granting students the potential to transform their ideas and inventions into marketable products.
