Abu-Ghazaleh Organizes Specialized Field Training Course in Leadership Skills and Team Building

IRBID - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-KS) organized a specialized training course in Leadership Skills and Team Building through field skills activities that included mountain descending, walking among cliffs and inside waterways in Ar-Rayyan forest/ Judayta in Irbid.
The field-training course that is the first of its kind to be conducted by TAG-KS, focused on organizing leadership and team building activities as means to practically comprehend the course objectives.
More than 50 employees at the Sales Department of Tasali Jordanian Trading Establishment took part in the course which was organized jointly with Zaza Adventures Team, which is specialized in camping and mountaineering, in different landscape throughout Jordan.
TAG-KS Manager, Ms. Sana’ Al Tal, stated that this kind of training proved its efficiency in enhancing quality leadership skills of individuals and that encouraged TAG-KS to organize various courses in this field.
Al Tal pointed out that Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) is always keen to keep abreast with the latest developments and techniques in training courses that contribute to effectively improving professional and knowledge skills serving the youth and the relevant institutions at the same time.
It is worth mentioning that the training course included a brainstorming session under the supervision of Ms. Dana Jouihan, a specialized trainer in life skills. It also included a 3-kilometer walk on the mountainous paths and mountain descending from approximately 40 feet.
At the closing session, certificates were distributed to participants in the presence of Tasali Jordanian Establishment General Manager Mr. Ihab Al Shorafa.
