‘Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society’ and Al-Hussein Bin Talal University Renew Cooperation Agreement

MA’AN, Jordan - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-KS), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), renewed the previously signed cooperation agreement with Al-Hussein Bin Talal University (AHU), under which a TAG-KS branc was established at the University. 

During the five-year cooperation agreement, TAG-KS’ branch at the University held training courses organized by TAG.Global in different fields, to improve skills and knowledge capacities of students and local community. 

The agreement was signed by Prof. Najib Abu Karaki, President of AHU, and Mr. Zaid Al Majali, TAG-KS Executive Director. 

Prof. Karaki highlighted the importance of establishing the knowledge center in developing knowledge and skills of students and local community, in addition to strengthening distance-learning system with the latest technologies.

He also expressed his gratitude and thanks to Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, for his great contributions to programs that serve the needs of  the local community, the civil institutions, the associations and the refugee camps in the Kingdom, with the aim of building the capacity of their members. 

For his part, Al Majali pointed out that the Knowledge Center at the University is equipped with the necessary tools including TAGITOP devices that are frequently updated, adding that the Center holds various training courses for university students and local community to provide them with the necessary qualifications and expertise that improve job seekers’ chances for finding  job opportunities in the labor market. 

Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-KS) is one of TAG.Global initiatives that targets the Arab youth and strives to assist in developing human resources and build capacities with latest tools and means in the ICT field, in addition to qualifying professionals and enriching their expertise to face challenges in the labor market.
