‘Abu-Ghazaleh Academy’ and ‘Lailak Arts Institute’ Renew Cooperation Agreement

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Academy (TAG-Academy), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global), renewed its agreement with the Lailak Arts Institute to jointly launch a number of specialized training art programs that include painting and sculpture at different levels, in addition to organizing exhibitions of participants and graduates artworks.

The agreement, signed by the Executive Director of TAG-Academy, Mr. Yousef Rawas, and Founder and Director of Lailak Arts Institute, artist Othman Shehab, defines methods of cooperation in organizing exhibitions and issuing joint certificates to graduates.

The renewal of the agreement comes within the framework of support offered by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, to culture and arts, as well as every aspect that is intended to motivate the capacities of Arab youth.

Mr. Rawas elaborated that cooperation with Lailak aims to jointly conduct training courses with TAG-Academy and to organize exhibitions through Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Forum (TAG-Forum), pointing out that the Forum gives special attention for the establishment of art exhibitions as well as for hosting local and global artists to showcase their works. The Forum regularly supports talented and creative artists and furnish the optimal appropriate environment to upgrade their abilities and artistic skills.

For his part, artist Mr. Shehab underlined the strong relationship between the Institute, TAG-Academy and TAG-KF, which significantly contributed to fostering and developing youth talents and national creativity and it effectively contributed to achieving the Institute’s objectives in providing professional training for those interested in painting, sculpture and photography arts.

It is worth mentioning that an annual exhibition is routinely organized with the participation of trainees who have completed graduation requirements to showcase their artworks.
